A club is only as good as next Friday.
Nobody books a table in a club because of last quarter. They book because something they saw this week made tonight feel unmissable. Party clubs run on the fastest cycle in the celebration economy — and the creative has to move at that speed or it arrives after the decision is made.
Footfall, tables, and a night that fills itself.
A banquet hall sells a date. A hotel sells an arrival. A club sells a night — and it has to sell it again seven days later, and again after that. The product is repeatable, the audience is impatient, and the window between seeing and deciding is measured in hours.
That changes what good marketing looks like. It is not one beautiful film a season. It is a reliable weekly drumbeat of creative that lands early enough to shape the plan, looks like the room actually feels, and makes the table booking the obvious next tap.
Three things decide the night: how many people walk in, how many of them reserve before they walk in, and how many come back without being asked again. Everything we build for a club points at those three.
Four forces work against a club. All four have an answer.
These are not moods, they are conditions — and every venue is trading through some mix of them right now. Name the one costing you most and it stops being a threat and starts being a plan.
Every venue in the city now posts polished creative.
Templates and AI tools levelled the surface, so a new club can look established by the weekend. The answer is human-led creative with a real point of view — shot and edited so your room reads as a place, not a preset.
The venue down the road is simply moving faster.
They announce earlier, track what worked and repeat it. The answer is an owned system with dashboards on every night — so next week's plan is built on last week's evidence rather than a hunch.
Reach costs more each month and delivers less.
Your regulars live on a platform you rent by the click. The answer is your own app, your own push notifications and an audience you can reach on a Thursday afternoon without paying for permission.
Money parked between seasons quietly loses ground.
Capital sitting still through the slow months does nothing for the busy ones. The answer is to redirect a share of it into campaigns running several at a time, building a guest pool that belongs to the venue.
Four forces. Four answers.
We did not build four price points. We built four answers, each aimed at one force. You do not have to fight all four at once — you have to start where it is costing you the most tables.
One engine, four levels. The full plans live on the main site.
Each level answers one of the four forces working against a club floor — pick where it is costing you the most tables. Prices, inclusions and the full comparison are on wowcampaigns.in.

Three to ten campaigns at once across dates and packages, with Sattvik gift hampers on closed bookings.
On the main site →Three campaigns a quarter is a club's natural rhythm.
A venue with a weekly night does not need one grand annual film. It needs a repeatable cycle it can lean on — roughly a campaign a month, each one carrying the nights inside it, each one built on what the last one proved.
We build the quarter around your calendar
Resident nights, guest sets, festival weekends, long weekends and private hire windows go on one page first. The three campaigns are then shaped to cover them, not the other way round.
Campaign one goes live and starts teaching us
Creative is produced, approved and pushed into live ad campaigns. From the first weekend you can see which nights pull, which creative earns the booking, and where the enquiries are coming from.
Campaign two is sharper because campaign one ran
We keep what filled tables and cut what did not. This is where the repeatability starts paying — the second cycle is not a fresh guess, it is a corrected one.
Campaign three compounds, and the quarter closes with a record
By the third run the pattern of your good nights is visible and repeatable. You end the quarter with tracked leads, tracked revenue and a guest pool that carries into the next one instead of resetting.
- WOW Invites — the night's film, AI-assisted and human-edited, ready to run.
- Live ad campaigns managed end to end, not handed back as a file.
- Lead source tracking — which night, which creative, which channel.
- Lead qualification so table enquiries are separated from noise.
- Revenue tracking against the leads the campaigns produced.
- Extra activations available on top whenever a night needs more.
The terms are better now than they will be later. That is simply true.
We are not going to invent a countdown. Here is the honest position: launch terms are live now, they tighten afterwards, and a contract signed during launch holds its terms for its full length. Four levels, tailored to your season — full per-level pricing lives on the main site.
| What else changes | During launch | After launch |
|---|---|---|
| Ad reinvestment | 45% of fee | 28% of fee |
| Loyalty reward | 10% / 15% / 20%at 6 / 9 / 12 months | 10% / 12% / 15%at 6 / 9 / 12 months |
| Social commission floor | 12% | 15% |
Durations are 3, 6, 9 or 12 months. A quarter is three campaigns. The launch window is not dated — when it closes, the figures in the right-hand column apply to new contracts only. Contracts already signed keep the terms they were signed on.
Extra activations, added to any quarter.
A New Year run, a season opener, a guest artist announced at short notice. These sit on top of a contract without renegotiating it.
Festival
A dedicated push behind a festival or season night that deserves its own creative.
Budget Top-up
More media behind the night that is already working, while it is still working.
Extra Invites
Additional invite films when a busy month needs more than the quarter carries.
WhatsApp API
Table enquiries and guest-list replies handled on the channel people actually answer.
QR Kit
Codes for tables, entry and the bar, so a walk-in becomes a tracked, reachable guest.
Priority
Faster turnaround for the weeks when the announcement cannot wait its turn.
Our nights change every week. Can the creative really keep up?
That is exactly what the quarter is shaped for. Three campaigns across three months means a fresh cycle roughly every month, and each campaign carries the individual nights inside it rather than treating them as separate projects. Where a specific night needs its own push, the Festival and Extra Invites activations exist for precisely that.
What counts as a lead for a club?
Anything that reaches you as an intent to attend or book — a table reservation enquiry, a guest-list request, a birthday or private hire question. They are tracked by source and by campaign, then qualified, so you can see which night and which piece of creative produced them.
Do we have to commit to a full year to start?
No. Contracts run 3, 6, 9 or 12 months. Three months is one quarter, which is three campaigns — enough of a run to see the pattern rather than a single result. Longer commitments simply reduce the rate: 10% at six months, 15% at nine, 20% at twelve during launch.
We only want one night promoted. Is a contract the only option?
Not at all. A single campaign can be bought on its own for a one-off moment — a season opener, a festival weekend, a launch — at ₹9,999, ₹14,999 or ₹24,999 per campaign depending on scope. It is also a common extra activation alongside a running quarter. The quarterly contract is where the compounding happens, but the single campaign is a real product, not a taster.
Where does the ad budget actually go?
During launch, 45% of your fee is deployed as live media spend on your own campaigns. Not overhead, not retainer. The remainder funds the creative, the campaign management, the dashboards and the lead system that catches what the ads bring in. After the launch period that reinvestment reduces to 28% for new contracts.
How do we buy a level contract?
Through an enquiry and a written proposal — never a cart. You tell us the venue, the nights and the pressure you feel most; we come back with a proposal that names the level, the duration, the loyalty reward and the commission terms in writing before anything is signed.
Is there a commission-only option for clubs?
Not as a way to start. Clubs are the natural home of the five to ten second clip, and WOW Offers Sub-Campaigns are exactly that — short videos placed on the WOW Offers platform where we deliver only the leads and take only a commission on closed sales. It costs nothing up front, but it is a contract-holder benefit, not an entry point — it sits on top of a running quarter as pure upside.
Next Friday is already being decided. Decide it in your favour.
Launch rates are live now. Afterwards every level rises 40% and ad reinvestment drops from 45% to 28% — but a contract signed during launch holds its terms for its full length. Give us your calendar and we will come back with the quarter mapped against it.
