← Back to WOW Social WOW Social · Event Companies

Someone hands you the biggest day of their life. Show them why they can.

Event companies are never chosen from a price list. They are chosen from evidence — the room that was built on time, the timeline that held, the crisis nobody in the audience ever noticed. WOW Social turns that evidence into campaigns that actually run, and into enquiries you can follow from the first click to the signed brief.

The situation in your category

The brief goes to whoever proved it first.

A client planning a wedding, a product launch or a company anniversary is not buying stage, sound and light. They are handing you their reputation for one night and hoping it comes back intact. That decision is made long before anyone asks your rate.

By the time an enquiry lands in your inbox, the shortlist has already been drawn. It was drawn from a reel someone watched at midnight, a set of photographs a friend forwarded, a page that made the work look inevitable rather than lucky. The company that is visible while the client is still dreaming is the company that gets asked to quote.

Meanwhile the work you are proudest of sits on a hard drive. Fifteen events delivered flawlessly, and almost none of them turned into a campaign, a case for the next client, or a lead you could name. The production was excellent. The proof never left the building.

That is not a talent problem. It is a distribution problem — and distribution is a system, not a stroke of luck.

cat-event-companies

Now the turn.

You already own the hardest thing to manufacture in this business: real events, really delivered, in front of real crowds. Nobody can generate that. It cannot be faked and it cannot be bought.

Every event you run is a campaign waiting to be built. We build them, put media behind them, and count what comes back.

How this category actually closes

Showing the work is the sale.

In most categories marketing describes the product. In yours, marketing is the product — because the only honest promise you can make about the next event is the last one, shown properly.

01

The room, not the render

Your finished build, cut so the scale reads on a phone screen. What a client feels walking in is what they should feel scrolling past.

02

The reaction shot

A guest's face at the reveal does more for a booking than any capability list. Emotion is the credential your category trades on.

03

The range, in order

Wedding, corporate, launch, private celebration — presented so a prospect immediately sees their own event in your hands.

04

The command, made visible

Crew, rigging, load-in, run sheet. The behind-the-scenes cut is what turns admiration into trust, and trust is what signs the contract.

Nothing here is invented

We do not write claims you cannot stand behind, and we do not put words in a past client's mouth. Every campaign we run for an event company is built from work you actually delivered. The persuasion comes from the evidence, not from adjectives.

What runs every month

Creative, media and measurement — as one system.

A campaign that is beautiful and unmeasured is a hobby. A campaign that is measured and ugly does not get watched. You need both, running together, every month of the quarter.

  • WOW Invites — produced with AI for speed, finished by a human editor for judgement.
  • Branded assets — delivered campaign-ready for your channels, from Level 01.
  • Unbranded assets — yours to use anywhere, from Level 02 upward.
  • Live ad campaigns — planned, launched and managed end to end.
  • Real media spend — 40% to 50% of your fee deployed as genuine advertising.
  • Lead source tracking — which cut, which channel, which event brought the enquiry.
  • Lead qualification — date, venue, scale and budget clarified before your team calls.
  • Revenue tracking — enquiries followed through to signed and delivered work.

The contract shape

One quarter is three campaigns.

Your year has a shape — wedding season, the corporate off-site window, the festival run. A quarter of three campaigns is the smallest unit of work that can be aimed at that shape and still teach us something before the next one starts.

We map the quarter to your calendar first

Three campaigns, placed against the seasons that actually book in your market. You know what is coming and when, before anything is produced.

We harvest the work you already have

Footage, stills and run sheets from events you have delivered. Nothing is staged and nothing is invented — we start from what genuinely happened.

Campaign one goes live with media behind it

Creative produced, assets delivered, ads running. Tracking is switched on from day one, not bolted on when someone finally asks for a report.

Campaign two starts from evidence

We already know which cut held attention, which channel produced enquiries and which enquiries turned into a real conversation with a real date attached.

Campaign three compounds both

By the third run the media is aimed and the lead pool from the first two is still working. The quarter closes ahead of where it opened, and the next one inherits it.

The four levels, briefly

One engine, four levels. The full plans live on the main site.

Each level answers one of four situations working against event companies right now — pick where it is costing you most. Prices, inclusions and the full comparison are on wowcampaigns.in.

The commitment

Sign for longer, and the rate holds — then drops.

Every level is quoted per quarter as a written proposal, tailored to your season and calendar — the full pricing and comparison live on the main site. A contract signed during launch holds its terms for its full length.

6 months2 quarters610%Off the monthly rate
9 months3 quarters915%Off the monthly rate
12 months4 quarters1220%The deepest reward available

Almost half of what you pay buys you attention

During the launch period 45% of every rupee of your fee is deployed straight back into live ad spend on your own campaigns. Not retainer. Not overhead. Media. After the launch period that reinvestment drops to 28%, and the loyalty rewards soften too — nine months moves from 15% to 12%, and twelve months from 20% to 15%.

Performance commission on closed leads sits alongside the monthly fee. In Social the launch floor is 12%, rising to 15% after the launch period.

Straight answers

What event companies ask us first.

Our clients sign NDAs. Can you still build campaigns from our work?

Yes. We only ever use footage and stills you are cleared to share, and we agree what is usable before a single cut is made. Where an event cannot be shown, we build around craft, scale and process instead — the rig, the build, the crew, the room before the doors open. Nothing goes out that you have not approved.

We deliver weddings, corporate events and launches. Do we need three campaigns?

That is precisely why a quarter is three campaigns. Each one can be aimed at a different type of client and a different season, and by the third we know which of your revenue lines responds hardest to media. You are not forced to split your budget evenly — you aim it where the evidence points.

We already have a videographer. What changes?

Production is only half of it. What usually goes missing is distribution and measurement — media behind the work, and a record of which piece produced which enquiry. We can work alongside footage your own team captures. The campaign, the ad spend and the tracking are what we add.

How do enquiries actually reach us?

Every campaign carries tracked lead capture. Enquiries arrive qualified — date, venue, scale and budget clarified — and are attributed to the exact creative and channel that produced them. From Level 02 you get the full dashboard suite and a quarterly Lead Evolution report; from Level 03 you get your own app with push notifications.

Is there a commission-only option?

Not as a way to start. There is one genuine commission-only product — WOW Offers Sub-Campaigns, a five to ten second video placed on the WOW Offers platform, where we deliver leads and take a commission only on closed sales. It is a benefit for existing contract holders and unlocks at Level 03. It is never sold on its own.

What happens at the end of the launch period?

New contracts move to the post-launch rates — a 40% rise at every level — and ad reinvestment falls from 45% of fee to 28%. A contract signed during launch keeps launch terms for its entire length, however long you sign for.

You have already done the hard part. Now let it be seen.

Every event you have delivered is proof somebody else is still waiting for. Tell us what your season needs to book and we will put a quarter in writing — three campaigns, real media behind them, and every enquiry tracked to the signed brief.
